From the successful and enterprising Hardrush publishing stable of thorough-breds, here's a very sophisticated parade of country-gospel ditties performed by diverse modern masters and mistresses of the rural genres a la Aussie’s 21st Century style. Earthy, innovative and progressive talent excels here with guitars, banjos, mandolins, dobros, fiddles, and even (if my ears don’t deceive me) a rub-board or two (just joking!). Is this a first? Has there ever been a similar audio-collection that shamelessly features this unquestionable quality of Aussie heartland sacred-music? This country-folk statement is sometimes hot-and-spicy and sometimes cool-and-calculated. Tales of common-folk here tell of leaving behind money, alcohol, drugs, and other satanic traps before finding fulfillment in personal faith.
